He took a drive down to the keys and stopped to get some food. I got to say hands down the most delicious bbq food and amazing Key lime pie. The staff was so friendly and nice. Honestly I would come back a million times.
This place is absolutely amazing. Great place to spend with your family. Super clean, and everyone is very friendly. This a your home away from home. All you need in one place. The food is delicious. There isn't anything not worth having. The servers were awesome. Those girls treated everyone like family, super friendly, but very respectful. Their service was great. We couldn't ask for anything more.

The Resort is Beautiful the room was very clean and had everything you needed Our room was on top of the ocean with a large deck I sat there for hours enjoying the view and listening to the ocean sounds. The staff were very friendly and and helpful to any thing you needed I would 100 percent be back and recommend to everyone wanting a relaxing vacation 5 stars all around
I have been here several times and I absolutely love this place!!I have it on my phone as a back ground.This hotel has everything you want and very very clean. Staff is AMAZING! You can fish swim and snorkel plus the kids will love it. Its one of my favorite places on the face of the planet.Stay and you wont want to leave and I have dreams of those beautiful sun sets!!
Nice and clean! Pool, boat launch, BBQ. Every room has great backyard patio with view of water. Nice to sit and relax as well as dine and drink. Little pricey though. I have paid highest price for a hotel room so far here.
We absolutely loved this place! It is the perfect location, right on the water with stunning sunsets and close to many beautiful parks and fun activities! We stayed in a King with view that was literally ON the water!! The deck hangs over the gorgeous waters for views of fish and birds and whatever else may swim up! The room was great, clean and freshly updated. The bed was comfy and the A/C was nice and quiet! They rent jet skis, sell live bait, have lots of fishing spots, offer a boat ramp and docking available for a small fee. The also have a food truck on site that is open Thur-Monday (which we didn't try but it was very popular and smelled delicious)! We highly recommend Edgewater Lodge for all these reasons and much, much more!
What an amazing stop! We are riding the Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail, the Edgewater was just an amazing stop to boost your spirits and keep you pedaling!! 100% recommend and write will be back with our whole family
